We've identified and resolved the issue where the outgoing queues were filling up and messages did not went out.
As they were saved in queue no messages are lost and queues are now being drained.
We've provided a patch to prevent this from happening again.

[22:40 CET] We've deployed a patch and using identities should be back to normal.
[22:10 CET] We've identified a bug on signing in using Identities into POP3/IMAP/Webmail. We are working on a solution.
